*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our residents receive nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety within the kitchen environment.
*Duties*
* Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to established dietary guidelines.
* Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
* Help with the organization of food production and storage areas.
* Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with residents during meal times.
* Support the dietary team in menu planning and special dietary requests as needed.
* Participate in training sessions related to dietetics and food service best practices.

*EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE*
* Previous dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred.
