The Deputy Assistant Commissioner (DAC) provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for bureau-wide programs, including human capital, facilities management, and other mission support services. The DAC ensures responsible stewardship of the bureau's personnel, financial, and physical resources and promotes a highly skilled, engaged, and mission-ready workforce, strengthening organizational performance, operational excellence and ensuring achievement of strategic priorities.
Provides strategic direction and executive oversight for the development, administration, and oversight of BFS-wide administrative management programs including human capital, facilities management, and other support programs. Together with the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the incumbent ensures the effective stewardship of the bureau's personnel, financial, and physical resources and promotes a highly-skilled and effective workforce.
