What You’ll Do:
• Educate patients about treatment plans, procedures, and financial options
• Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments to optimize patient care
• Communicate with insurance companies to verify coverage and maximize benefits
• Present treatment costs and payment options in a clear, compassionate manner
• Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients to enhance their experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting required
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (or willingness to learn)
• A positive attitude and a passion for patient care!
