Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recalls to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Accurately process patient billing, insurance claims, and payments.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating with the clinical team to optimize daily operations.
- Keep the reception area organized and professional.

Qualifications:
- Previous CANADIAN experience in a dental or medical reception role is an asset (1 -2 years).
- Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Abeldent) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to outstanding patient care.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is a bonus.
