Dental Practice Manager

About Us: We are seeking a warm and organized Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Join our friendly dental family where patient care and employee satisfaction are our top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office activities and assist the dentist as needed.
• Oversee hiring, developing, and coaching of employees.
• Address concerns and inquiries from doctors, patients, and staff.
• Coordinate and lead weekly and monthly team meetings.
• Handle billing, collections, and submit VA treatment plans and medical claims for TMJ and sleep appliances.
• Support the team with tasks like appointment scheduling, answering phones, check-in/out, and room setup.

Qualifications:

• Experience in dental management required.
• 5 years of front office dental experience.
• Proficiency in Dentrix and ability to learn new programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player.
