Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and friendly Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our team at SA Family Dentist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing a positive experience to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our dental software.
• Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Collect payments and process financial transactions.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with patient inquiries.
• Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental office or medical office is preferred, ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in OPEN DENTAL A PLUS and basic office equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
