Job Description:

ADM is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, organization, and efficiency. This remote position is ideal for individuals looking to contribute to a global leader in the food and agriculture industry while working from the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:
  • Input, update, and maintain data in various internal databases and management systems.
  • Ensure all data is entered accurately, ensuring consistency and correctness across different platforms.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth data flow and address any data-related issues.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to data entry tasks as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and categorizing data to support ongoing projects and operational processes.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide support for additional administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a remote capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor data issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience working in the agriculture, food, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or similar data management tools.
