The Operations Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to support business decision-making and process improvement. This role works closely with the operations and finance department to identify performance trends, streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational outcomes.

Essential Position Functions:

• Collect, extract, and organize operational performance data from internal systems and databases.
• Evaluate installation cycle time for each medical device modality and lead installer.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
• Perform full cycle post-job calculations and analyze common patterns on cost drivers.
• Track staff capacity in relations to installations and general workload volume.
• Audit invoicing and sales order process.
• Develop recurring reports, and data visualizations to clearly communicate findings to leadership.
• Work with operations and financial leadership to recommend process improvements and support strategic planning.
• Embrace company values and work with other team members to accomplish company goals.
• Maintain highest level of confidentiality of all company, personnel, and business interaction matters.
• Compliance with applicable business processes and all quality and EHS plans.
• May be required to perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, operations management, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, evaluate, and present data.
• Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, ERPs, and other operational systems.
• Experience working with operational data, reporting, or process analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods or forecasting models.
• Precision work with a strong ability to maintain attention to details.
• Stress tolerance and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of team members, leadership, and other entities.
• THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. This job is a hybrid position that will require you to be in our Wood Dale, IL office 3 days per week, with an option of 2 remote days per week.
• Please note: Due to the work in hospitals, our customers require our installations teams to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Other vaccines and medical screens may be required for certain projects esp. in Children's Hospitals, VAs and military installations.

Pay:

From $70,000 per year.
