We are seeking a skilled and innovative Data Analyst to join our dynamic Database Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and report creation while working with cutting-edge technologies. You will play a key role in supporting the management and maintenance of data and dashboards, ensuring efficient, high-performing operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and DevExpress. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Perform SQL queries to extract and manipulate data as needed. Collaboration & Growth Planning Work closely with cross-functional teams to address data needs and technical requirements. Assist in forecasting infrastructure growth and provide recommendations for future data expansions. Training & Best Practices Support the development and delivery of training materials for Database team members. Participate in implementing best practices for data operations and performance management. Requirements Required Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ Years experience (or equivalent training/education) with report writing, data analytics, and Power BI. Relevant coursework, internships, or projects related to data analysis and database management will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in Power BI, including Power BI development. Knowledge of Data Lake and Data Warehouse (within Microsoft Fabric a plus.) Basic understanding of SQL and database management concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with ERP systems and their front-end operations a plus Why Catania Oils?
