• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating outstanding personalized experiences for our customers.
• Developing expertise in our products.
• Acting as the primary liaison between customers and the company, addressing all types of inquiries via email.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, bugs, and complaints with care.
• Providing valuable feedback to management to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and QA teams.
