Position Summary Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Administrator will be the representative for the Client brand to our customers both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, friendly, possess great attention to detail, be willing to learn about the Client's products to help our customers and enjoy working collaboratively and cross-functionally to exceed our customer's expectations!
Position Responsibilities
• Represent the Company and brand professionally, graciously, and enthusiastically
• Oversee customer accounts
• Manage effective business relationships with customers and internal business partners
• Answer questions regarding products
• Communicate with customers and internal business partners using a variety of communication methods including, but not limited to email, phone calls, MS Teams
• Review customer orders for accuracy and availability of items ordered
• Partner with the production, shipping, and the warehouse teams to ensure products are timely produced and shipped to meet customer needs • Perform data entry • Work with customers and internal business partners to resolve issues
• Maintain and update customer accounts with changes including, but not limited to websites, portals
• Research customer complaints, make recommendations on how to resolve customer concerns
• Required to multi-task with an attention to detail and switch gears quickly
• Responsible for executing ad-hoc projects, reports and/or assignments and distributing to management team • Maintain satisfactory attendance including timeliness
• Perform other duties as assigned
