They are seeking a skilled and passionate Criminal Defense Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive courtroom experience, strong legal research and writing abilities, and a dedication to advocating for clients in high-stakes matters. This position involves handling a diverse caseload, including white-collar crimes, drug offenses, violent crimes, and other criminal matters.

• Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing with the Bar.
• 2+ years of experience in criminal defense litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in state and federal criminal proceedings, including pre-trial motions, plea negotiations, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Develop defense strategies tailored to each case, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients.
