• Lead a team of landscaping professionals to complete projects on time and with precision
• Oversee the installation of hardscaping features, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Ensure proper planting, mulching, and lawn care techniques for residential and commercial properties
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
• Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and overall team performance
• Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors to ensure project success
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism on every job site

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or a related field
• Previous leadership or crew management experience
• Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and blueprints
• Proficient in using landscaping tools and machinery
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean record (preferred)
