Description If you're a problem-solving jack of all trades who like multitasking and enjoys organizing and being "the go-to person", you could be perfect for our Courier position. If you like taking care of others and working together in a team environment, you will love this position. Our top-producing, fast-paced real estate firm is looking for the right candidate to work hand in hand with us. Strong communication skills and customer service skills are a must. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with your team about service details and special requests
  • Pull and process hardware to prepare deliveries on time
  • Property sign, lockbox, flyer box, and flyer placements
  • Assist with office inventory to keep neat, clean, and organized
  • Inspect products, signs, office, and company vehicle(s) for any damage or defects to help us keep them top-notch
  • Ability to create area maps to build daily route
  • Be able to maintain a schedule and be timely
  • Adapt to the team's needs and assist with other projects as needed
  • Overall ensure the brokerage and team are set up for success each day with the supplies, deliveries, and receivables as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent time management and communication (written & verbal) skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills are required
  • Must be a hard worker with extremely high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
  • Important to be able to work independently and with a team, take direction, and follow-through
  • Dependability and timeliness are a must
  • Thrives on providing excellent customer service
  • Proficient phone skills and ability to schedule appointments
  • Has basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of emailing and email filing system
  • Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment, and maintenance equipment/tools
  • Basic photography skills
  • Basic phone video skills (if necessary)
  • Willing and able to drive daily
  • Knowledge of the North Alabama area
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Good physical stamina, physical health, and the ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
  • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and the physical strength to be able to do the work
  • Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from work
  • Willing to work 20 hours a week
