Corporate Scheduler Manager Responsibilities :

• As a Corporate scheduler Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the schedulers at all Nexus locations and will be responsible for streamlining scheduling processes.
• You will review, approve, and book shifts for in house nurses and nursing assistants.
• You will identify gaps in the upcoming schedule and work to fill those gaps.
• You will handle and process last minute shift requests, cancellations, and no-shows.

Corporate Scheduler Manager Qualifications :

• At least two years in a SNF setting and or Rehabilitation Facility.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer program knowledge.
• Clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge or health care terminology preferred.
