Responsibilities of the Corporate Litigation Paralegal:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of corporate litigation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research on corporate law matters, regulatory compliance, and case law.
• Manage case files, organize legal documents, and maintain detailed case records.
• Coordinate and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
• Assist in corporate transactions, contract reviews, and regulatory filings.
• Prepare and file motions, discovery responses, and other court documents.
• Track case deadlines, maintain attorneys' calendars and update legal management software.
• Communicate with corporate clients, outside counsel, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications of the Corporate Litigation Paralegal:

• Prior experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate litigation or corporate law.
• Strong understanding of corporate legal procedures, regulatory requirements, and court filing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
