Overview

We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the financial operations of our growing business. The ideal candidate will hold a CPA, have a strong background in financial management, and be eager to contribute to the financial health and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to support business growth.
• Internal Controls & Compliance : Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Cash Flow Management : Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives.
• Fleet Cost Oversight : Track and manage fleet-related costs (fuel, maintenance, insurance) to optimize overall business efficiency.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Management : Oversee and manage AP and AR functions to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Tax Compliance : Oversee tax preparation and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Leadership : Manage accounting operations, including payroll and inventory.

Qualifications

• CPA required
• 3-5 years of experience in financial management
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and compliance
