Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support project management teams, accounting, and external partners by overseeing contracts, change orders, insurance certifications, and project budgets. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth workflows, and compliance with company standards, while providing backup support across divisions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage subcontracts, change orders, and related documentation.
• Track and renew insurance certificates, bonds, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Enter and maintain project budgets in internal systems.
• Assist with collections, documentation, and administrative support.
• Maintain clear communication between departments and external partners.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in contract administration, construction administration, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with COINS or Procore a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction processes and documentation preferred.
