Base Pay based on experience/skill level, Weekly direct deposit Pay Cycle with Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leave)

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• 8am Start time with standard 8-hour workdays

Job Responsibilities

• work closely with specialty crew (Carpenters, Painters, HVAC Mechanic, Landscapers and other trades)
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools of all types
• Maintain a safe and clean job site - interior and exterior (ie sweeping/vacuuming, rubbish removal, gardening & weed removal)
• Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs
• Climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints.
• Dig pits/trenches and back-fill when necessary.
• There will be a lot of landscaping / moving rocks

Required :

• Must have one or more years of experience in construction.
• MUST be Fluent in English
• MUST have your own reliable transportation to/from work site in Chatham. NJ
