As our Coffee Shop Assistant Manager, you won't just oversee operations - you'll be in the thick of it, crafting the perfect lattes, engaging with customers, and leading your team by example. Your day will be a mix of managing employees to ensure they follow our standards, training and mentoring team members, handling inventory, scheduling, and creating an environment where both staff and customers feel right at home.
We believe in leading from the front, so expect to be right there with your team, whipping up delicious coffee creations and ensuring every guest walks away with a smile.
