Experience building monitoring and logging frameworks (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk, Grafana). Proven ability to manage multi‑account/multi‑region environments. Familiarity with State of Missouri IT environment. Experience using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and containerized workloads.
