FYZICAL is currently looking for a full-time CLINICAL DIRECTOR for our COLORADO SPRINGS SOUTH, CO location.
The Clinical Director directs all aspects of clinical operations under the direction of the Regional Director. This position will oversee clinical governance, activities and patient care services. This governance requires staff supervision and training while planning and overseeing all patient care. In addition to maintaining an active patient load the Director will provide leadership to the clinic staff and direct physical therapy services by developing strategic objectives to manage the clinics effectiveness and productivity.
The CD will establish, enforce and maintain acceptable professional and ethical standards of the clinical staff. The CD will coordinate and direct patient care in the facility according to FYZICAL’s adopted policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. Duties and responsibilities include driving and supporting the team to retain and strengthen our clinics while reinforcing our culture. This can be accomplished through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to patients and clinic staff.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT).
State license to practice and any additional requirements by the state.
Computer proficient.
