About the Role

The Sales & Townhouse Manager is the face of Fewer Finer’s Brooklyn showroom as part host, part sales expert, part space steward. You’ll lead all in-person client appointments, drive showroom sales, and provide unmatched customer service that nurtures long-term relationships. You will also oversee day-to-day showroom operations and play a key role in event and trunk show execution.

Key Responsibilities 

Client Experience & Sales Appointments

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all in-person client interactions at the Townhouse
  • Book, prepare for, and lead showroom appointments with professionalism and warmth
  • Share in-depth product knowledge and tell the Fewer Finer story in a way that builds trust and drives sales
  • Maintain detailed CRM records on client preferences, milestones, and purchase history
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales journey, from initial meeting to final delivery and follow-up
  • Share clear and timely briefs with the founder or design team for all custom or high-touch projects

Clienteling & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate lasting relationships with new and returning clients through thoughtful, proactive outreach
  • Create tailored follow-up experiences, including personalized gifting, reminders, and exclusive previews
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to reengage lapsed or existing clients
  • Anticipate client needs, special dates, or upcoming life events, and provide tailored recommendations

Customer Service & Aftercare

  • Provide ongoing support post-sale, including cleanings, repairs, engraving, and personalized touches
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with clients regarding order status, timelines, and expectations
  • Coordinate with operations and production to ensure a smooth, accurate, and high-touch fulfillment experience
  • Share client insights and service feedback with internal teams to help inform product and process improvements

Showroom & Office Management

  • Ensure the Townhouse is immaculate, well-stocked, and ready for guests at all times
  • Prepare tailored layouts of jewelry, tools, and materials for each appointment
  • Maintain sample inventory, ensuring all items are in top condition and accurately cataloged
  • Support general office operations, including supply management and facilities coordination

Events & Trunk Shows

  • Lead planning and execution of events in the Brooklyn showroom and pop-ups in other cities
  • Develop event concepts that reflect the Fewer Finer brand and resonate with our clientele
  • Manage all logistics from venue coordination to travel and inventory management
  • Represent the brand on-site, providing the same elevated experience clients expect in the showroom
  • Track event performance and share insights to inform future strategy
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on pre- and post-event outreach

Reporting & Administration

  • Keep accurate records of client activity, appointment schedules, and sales metrics
  • Generate reports to evaluate client engagement, showroom performance, and event ROI
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, order tracking, and cross-team communication

Requirements

  • Proven success in high-touch sales, ideally in luxury, fine jewelry, or retail leadership
  • Warm, hospitality-driven mindset with strong emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks with precision
  • Proactive and process-minded, always looking for ways to improve
  • Polished, professional presentation with a natural sense of style
  • Understanding of our target client, market positioning, and industry trends
  • Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, Clientbook, and Shopify is a plus
  • Event planning experience is a bonus

Schedule / Location

  • Primarily based at our Williamsburg Townhouse, with some hybrid flexibility
  • Occasional travel for events and trunk shows
  • Some weekend and holiday availability required during peak times
  • Flexible scheduling: set your own hours to accommodate evening or weekend appointments, with the option to adjust your weekday schedule accordingly
