The Rabine Group is seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to support our Chairman of the Board. This is an opportunity to sit at the center of a vast network of business leaders, philanthropic leaders, political figures, and industry influencers.

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as the Chairman’s right hand, ensuring his time, relationships, and initiatives create maximum impact. You’ll play a critical role in managing communications, building relationships, and amplifying opportunities across our companies and networks.

Essential Functions

  • Manage the Chairman’s schedule and communications while also serving as a relationship-builder and connector.
  • Help expand opportunities for the Rabine Group of companies.
  • Serve at the crossroads of business, sales, technology, philanthropy and politics – supporting high-level initiatives that make an impact nationwide.
  • Manage travel logistics, event planning, and high-level meeting coordination to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership (CSO, CEOs, GMs, Sales team) to enhance the relationships from the Chairman to all customer and partner relationships.
  • Create Quarterly Priority Plan and roadmap the Chairman's top initiatives.
  • Manage board meetings – schedule and assist in preparation, tracking, follow-ups, and agenda based on Chairman's thoughts.
  • Develop strategic account mapping - collaborate with Sales, Operations and Estimating on building customer/partner relationship guides.
  • Manage network database - transition the Chairman's network contacts into CRM for follow-up and historical data. Create dashboard reporting for introductions.
  • Track event ROI - collaborate with Sales Ops Development Administrator on tracking all event ROI and reporting results.
  • Increase transparency through messaging and communication - manage and facilitate the "Chairman's communication package." Draft & collaborate with Chairman on monthly thought leadership content and updates via company newsletter and social media.
  • Create a deliverable schedule for all activities.
  • Assist with personal requests when needed including but not limited to personal travel plans, and estate management.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and tech-savvy—proficient in Excel, Word, AI-Chat GPT/Grok, contact list management and/or similar tools.
  • Outgoing and confident, with a passion for sales, networking, building trusting relationships and connecting people.
  • Excited to manage and grow a powerful network that drives business and industry opportunities.
  • Strong communicator with excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Skilled in travel planning, scheduling, and event coordination.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role. This role requires the individual to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. This role requires the individual to make substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers often. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or extensive reading.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full time status. Extended hours may be required based on the business need.

Travel 15% travel.
