About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff with a General Interest to join rapidly growing, venture-backed organizations. These include managing the business's cadence, driving strategic initiatives, monitoring organizational health, overseeing special projects, and serving as a force multiplier by enhancing communication, collaboration, and decision-making across the leadership team. The successful candidate will be expected to own and facilitate various planning and executive meetings, prepare for and participate in board meetings, build and optimize operational processes, and lead high-impact strategic initiatives. The role also involves a high level of visibility, with the opportunity to transition into a leadership position within the company after 18-24 months.
