Job Description

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies.
Communicate positively and promote teamwork.
Demonstrate competency in the scrub role and assist the surgical team.
Set up and break down the operating room, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Handle instruments carefully and report any damage.
Participate in process improvement and staff meetings.

Qualifications include completion of an accredited Surgical Technology Program, current national certification, and CPR certification. Pediatric scrub tech experience is preferred.
