Rock Valley Appraisal Service is currently looking for certified residential appraisers willing to relocate to southern Wisconsin. Entrepreneurial minded individuals are especially welcome.
Rock Valley Appraisal operates out of Janesville, a regional hub in south central Wisconsin. Janesville is central to Madison and Rockford, IL. Milwaukee and Chicago are within a 90 minute driving distance.
We are an established appraisal company with over 25 years in the business and have been serving the needs of our customers in five counties: Rock, Dane, Jefferson, Walworth and Green. Our appraisers perform a wide scope of work including FHA, REO, relocation, estates and investor consultations with over 100 national and local lenders and AMC’s.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years appraisal experience
- FHA eligible and residential certification
