Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)* to join our therapy team. The ideal candidate will support the Occupational Therapist in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to help individuals improve their ability to perform daily activities and achieve greater independence.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans.
* Assist patients in performing therapeutic activities and exercises as directed.
* Document patient progress, observations, and treatment outcomes accurately.
* Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive techniques.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
* Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
*Qualifications*
* *Education:* Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
* *Licensure/Certification:* Current COTA license in CA
* *Experience:* Preferred experience in Home Health.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
