**Cashier Valet Resort Hotel Front Services** **Description** **Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Valet Cashier is accountable for all valet revenue. The Valet Cashier accurately provides information relating to the number of guest vehicles in valet. Cashiers are the final point of contact for the guests experience and must have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. **Starting Pay: $13** **Primary Tasks:** 1. Process forms of payment such as credit cards and cash for goods and services to include parking charges. 2. Accountable for all revenue during shift. 3. Monitor and document guest traffic flow in the valet lot. 4. Responsible for tracking of vehicles and vehicle inventory. 5. Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of guests exiting valet. 6. Answer all guest questions and be able to provide directions. 7. Check in baggage and dispatch attendants for retrieval. 8. Staff the window, answer the phone and operate the automated system. 9. Issue wheelchairs. 10. Represent Choctaw Casinos in a professional and courteous manner at all times. 11. Be courteous and professional in dealing with customers or other associates. 12. Follow established procedures and policies of the Choctaw Nation, Choctaw Casinos, and local management. 13. Other duties as assigned by management. 14. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. **Required Education, Skills and Experience:** MINIMUM * Must have and retain a valid driver’s license. * Computer literate, able to handle money. * Outgoing, friendly, helpful personality, positive attitude. * Good communicator, good manners, able to handle some pressure during peak periods. * Reliable, well organized and orderly. * Pleasant, neat appearance.
