Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Career Coach to join our dynamic team. As a Career Coach, you will have the opportunity to empower individuals to navigate their professional journeys and achieve their career goals. We are looking for a passionate individual that enjoys helping people. This is a 1099 position that is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions to clients, including career assessments, goal setting, and action planning.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to understand clients' strengths, interests, values, and career aspirations.
• Offer guidance and support in resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, networking, and interview preparation.
• Help clients identify and overcome barriers or challenges in their career development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market information, and job search techniques to provide the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
• Provide free consultations and collaborate with team to increase revenue.
• Utilize coaching techniques and tools to facilitate self-discovery, learning, and growth for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
• Assist with reviewing resumes and LinkedIn optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in career coaching, career counseling, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, human resources, or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of various industries, job markets, and career development trends.
• Proven track record of helping individuals achieve their career goals through coaching and guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
• Ability to adapt coaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using career assessment tools and job search platforms.
• Professional certifications in coaching or career development.
