The Butcher is responsible for the preparation and portioning of all meat, poultry, and fish items for our fine dining restaurant. This role is critical in ensuring the highest quality and consistency in the products served to our guests, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meat processing, an eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. Previous high-volume cooking and open availability required.
WAGE: The hourly rate for this position is $26/Hour. This is the pay range for this position that Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
