Bioz is a Nobel Laureate backed Silicon Valley software startup company that has developed the world’s first citation-based semantic search engine for life science experimentation. Powerful patented technologies are used to provide scientists with deep structured knowledge that guides them in making informed decisions and purchases for their research.

We are looking to hire a fluent Chinese/Mandarin speaking BDR (Business Development Representative), who is also fluent in English, to join our team in Palo Alto, California (remote). Strong applicants will be intelligent, entrepreneurial, and outgoing, and love communicating with business clients. You will need excellent professional Chinese/Mandarin and English and a willingness to work long hours to be part of, and grow with, an exciting Bio-IT software startup.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for new potential customers (B2B SaaS).
• Driving customer meetings/calls for the Bioz sales team with C-level and VP-level executives at leading life science companies using e-mail, social media and phone.
• Enriching Salesforce.com (SFDC) with new accounts and new contacts.
• Managing prospect profiles on Salesforce.com (SFDC) by updating all communications and related information.
• Accurately articulating Bioz’s value proposition.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of Bioz services, and how they serve customer needs, including features, advantages, and benefits, and key examples of usage.

Requirements:

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Biology .
• REQUIRED: Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin.
• Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• You have the discipline to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
• You love prospecting.
• You are smart and detail-oriented.
• You are outgoing and love interacting with people.
