Business Development Representative (BDR)

Key Responsibilities: As part of the Sales team, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers by phone, email and social media to convert their interest into attention and set qualified appointments for your regional sales managers. You will generate appointments from a mixture of sources including inbound leads, existing leads and social networking. Working remotely from your home office you will be supported by our marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads.
• Self-started with strong motivation to succeed in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
• Proficient in using sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn new skills, multi-task, grow professionally, and take on new challenges
