You will understand the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead from front and independently work with a team of developers for end-to-end integration with applications and work on development of upstream solutions across the business value chain. Work with global Oil & Gas leaders and internal consulting teams with high-intensity collaboration. Track and develop deep knowledge on the Oil and Gas and Energy market and trends. Develop capabilities/offerings that are relevant to the firm’s initiatives and client needs, running campaigns with global leaders to expand team’s services and offerings. Author regular and differentiated points of view on hot topics that demonstrate our capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain business process management (BPM) tools. Support the implementation of data integration projects and troubleshoot technical challenges in process workflows. Document process designs, technical workflows, and business requirements effectively. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions using data-driven insights. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance business processes. Drive growth of individual Oil & Gas accounts and identify and drive proactive opportunities. Work with leaders on strategic planning, periodic reviews, and creating/executing a roadmap. Have a sharp sector and account focus – keeping a close watch on the sector engagements. Get involved in and drive business development activities (RFP’s / RFI’s / Proposals, etc.). Professional & Technical Skills: Deep domain expertise on Oil and Gas and Upstream, either through working with relevant companies or via services companies. Experience in data analysis and interpretation; familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Petrel, Tableau, etc., is advantageous. Understanding of Subsurface / Wells / Seismic Data and solutions/practices/software to manage it. Good understanding of data acquisition and handling in their relevant field of work and business process workflows. Knowledge of Production Surveillance, Production optimization, Digital Oil Field concepts, Process Engineering, and field Operations. Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with the Halliburton EDM software platform, strong Drilling experience. Experience with Wells & Reservoir Modeling, Monitoring, Support, and Formation Evaluation processes. Understanding of economic evaluation & analysis for full field development. Hands-on application knowledge (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, CMG, etc.) and application configuration experience. Strong understanding of the business value-chain, operations, and processes involved in renewables. Ability to translate business challenges and trends into implications/opportunities for a consulting/services company. Experienced in client interaction and stakeholder/people management. Business/Technology Consulting experience, preferably with a leading consulting firm. Excellent business communication and presentation skills. Innovation mindset to think of new solutions and ideas for engagement and collaboration. Hands-on experience with modern, large-scale databases and IT systems. Understanding of data objects generated by well planning and operations activities. Hands-on management of corporate data, including data modeling, data cataloging, data governance, and quality control. Develop and apply procedures, standards, and guidelines to collect, secure, handle, and share data across the organization. Align, integrate, and consolidate data assets across organizations for better consistency, reliability, and efficiency of data operations. Triage, troubleshoot, and authorize the maintenance of data-related problems. Leverage domain knowledge to partner with business entities to identify patterns, relationships, opportunities, and problems in business data. Develop functional data design based on business data requirements. Help Data Engineers understand the functions needed for technical design and implementation.
