Job Title: BRIM Functional Analyst
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), TX [Hybrid/Onsite as needed]
Job Description:
We are seeking a BRIM Functional Analyst in the DFW area with hands-on experience in SAP BRIM and FICO modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and supporting Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions, with additional exposure to Convergent Mediation (CM) considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on SAP BRIM implementations, including configuration and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on FICO integration
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities
Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements
Required Skills:
Strong experience with SAP BRIM components (e.g., Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing)
Good knowledge of FICO modules and integration points
Functional configuration and testing experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
