Job Description

Job description:

Are you a highly organized, creative, and adaptable professional who enjoys both marketing/PR projects and personal/business support tasks ? Our Founder is seeking a Brand & Personal Assistant to be a trusted right-hand partner in managing brand growth, and daily priorities. This is a hybrid role working out of multiple locations daily and riding remote with founder to develop and build brand awareness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support PR and brand initiatives: manage social media posts, create and produce video brand stories, coordinate events, and assist with collaborations.
  • Developing and executing a content plan for social platforms, podcasts and speaking engagements.
  • Building and expanding the personal brand of the founder including multiple business and non-profit developments.
  • Travel locally with founder to business, personal and non-profit development opportunities to expand brand awareness.
  • Coordinate communications with business members.
  • Assist in planning and executing networking events, luncheons, ribbon cuttings, and community programs.
  • Manage RSVPs, vendor coordination, and event logistics.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for the founder and business partners.
  • Help communicate the founder's mission and initiatives.
  • Develop and support sponsorship programs and fulfillment.
  • Help manage the Founder’s personal and professional calendar, travel, and daily logistics.
  • Keep the founder on track with scheduling, email management, and task execution.
  • Must have ability to write and produce basic video segments for personal and business influencing.
  • Juggle personal and professional tasks (sometimes at the same time).
  • Be flexible and ready for change—because priorities shift often.
  • Learn how the founder thinks and makes decisions so you can anticipate needs and keep the focus.
  • Handle personal errands, household coordination, and lifestyle support when needed.
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and a polished presence in all interactions.
  • Ensure the Founder’s personal and brand reputation stays strong and consistent.

What We're Looking For:

  • Adaptable, resourceful, and able to pivot on a dime.
  • Background in marketing, PR, communications, or executive/personal support.
  • A strong communicator who’s organized and detail-oriented.
  • Highly organized multitasker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Social media savvy, with a good eye for brand presence.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and flexible in balancing personal + professional needs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with Outlook, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
  • Comfortable balancing errands, admin work, and business support in one day.
  • Someone who sees opportunity, not chaos, in a fast-moving environment.
  • Available during off hours and weekends.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • You’ll work and learn side-by-side with a bold, entrepreneurial leader.
  • Every day is different—you’ll never be bored. Things change daily.
  • Competitive salary + full benefits with earnings up to $145,000 annually first year.
  • Career growth opportunities as you learn multiple businesse initiatives inside and out.
