Body Shop Manager – Only the Bold Need Apply

Are you ready to manage a team that rebuilds, restores, and revitalizes every truck that comes through our doors? We're on the hunt for a fierce, experienced, no-nonsense Body Shop Manager for our Sauk Rapids, MN location who can handle the heat and lead with precision.

Who You Are:

• You've got a lot of hustle.
• A people leader who also knows cars / trucks like the back of their hand – and doesn't flinch when the job gets gritty and your fingernails get dirty.
• 5+ years in body shop or collision repair management? We thought so. Certifications? That's even better.
• If you thrive in fast-paced environments, if you take pride in making it right the first time , and if you can handle the heat without breaking a sweat – we need to talk.

What You'll Do:

• Own every aspect of shop management, from people, to repair quality to customer satisfaction.
• Keep an eagle eye on the workflow – balancing efficiency, quality, and speed.
• Lead, motivate, and train a powerhouse team.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure every job is executed with precision.
