Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Behavior Analyst to lead and enhance our ABA program within a well-established, multi-disciplinary clinic. This is a full time role that allows for hybrid work from home + work setting at our state-of-the-art sensory clinic.

Our client is a therapist-owned private pediatric outpatient clinic located in the Raleigh-Durham area, offering Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychological evaluations, and ABA services to children with a variety of diagnoses. Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in ABA, including development and implementation of comprehensive interventions for children and adolescents
  • 1 year of supervisory experience with BT or RBTs (preferred)
  • Skilled in mentoring and supporting a team in an intensive treatment setting
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to supporting a positive work culture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABA and parent training programs for children and adolescents
  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
  • Foster a positive team culture and promote organizational morale
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including setting performance expectations, developing supervision plans, and evaluating team performance
  • Collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members

Schedule:

  • Day shift
