OM01 - Crypto/Web3 Head of& Engineer

About the company&

The company is a quickly growing blockchain startup, building a new generation of On-Chain Automation via Agents. These Agents have a public and private key attached to them and are able to interact with the Web3 ecosystem on behalf of the user. The team started building& in January 2024 and we are closing our first round, pre-seed in July 2024. We have partnerships and integrations lined up within the Monad, Berachain, Movement ecosystem.&

About the Role

We are a result-oriented team of 6 players all highly crypto native within their respective roles. The Tech Team consists of 3 full stack Web3 Engineers with 3+ years of experience each in blockchain and high-throughput distributed systems and a background in Data Science Machine Learning.&

What we expect from you

• Create / Fine-tuning ML models
• Implementing of data fetching, aggregation and verification pipelines
• Participating in the protocol design process (Smart Contracts Off-Chain)
• Creation of Static Agent Python Scripts
• Ideation upon the OmoSDK, aggregated CLI for CryptoAI Infrastructure

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience at web3 startup
• Experience in blockchain based technologies
• Experience with Python : Pytorch or Tensorflow
• Experience with Typescript: React, nxtJS, Viem, WAGMI
• Experience plus with Rust and C++
• Experience with code QA
• English B2 to C2
• Experience with various kinds of networks architecture
• Understanding of blockchain protocols especially in the DeFi sector
• Knowledge of good security practices
• Coding skills - the ability to write readable and performant software
• Diligence and attention to details

Bonus points for

• Professional experience with building data processing distributed systems
• Experience with Machine Learning
• Experience with running blockchain nodes
• Experience with modular blockchain architecture (sidechains, rollups)
• Experience with creating an AVS atop of Eigenlayer
• Participation in hackathons and other programming competitions
