Billing Close Out Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Billing Close Out Specialist will be emailing individuals asking for support/back up
- Billing Close Out Specialist will then follow up if haven't heard back
- Billing Close Out Specialist will combine supporting packages into one document
- Billing Close Out Specialist will not be responsible for actual billing or invoicing, just the contract close out piece
- Senior Accountant will walk Billing Close Out Specialist through the process and train
- Billing Close Out Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
Requirements:
- Must be clearable - As a government contractor our client is required to run criminal background check with finger printing
- Previous entry level experience or a recent college grad
- Comfortable utilizing MS Outlook - will be emailing individuals in the field
- Basic to Intermediate Excel skills - mainly data entry. (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables experience would be helpful)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Critical thinker
- Organized
- Comfortable working with large volume of data - invoices may be 1500 lines. Able to make sure things don't slip through the cracks
- Enjoy a role with lots of emailing back and forth with their clients
