ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Build relationships with potential and current Medicare clients, providing tailored information in both English and Spanish, Korean, Mandarin or Vietnamese.
Consultative Selling: Assess client needs through effective questioning and provide suitable Medicare plan recommendations.
Education: Conduct informative sessions for clients to understand their Medicare options and coverage.
Lead Generation: Proactively source and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company procedures related to Medicare sales.
Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of changes in Medicare policies and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
RequirementsBilingual Proficiency : Fluency in English and Spanish, Korean, Mandarin or Vietnamese required.
Licensing : Insurance License is required.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales, particularly with Medicare products, is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
Client Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional service and meeting client needs.
Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid remote environment while collaborating with a team.
