Auto Body Shop Estimator

's Collision Center in Conyers, GA is an authorized 'Direct Repair Facility' for most major insurance companies and repairs all makes and models of vehicles. We need to hire an Auto Body Shop Estimator to inspect auto body accident related damage and use the CCC ONE estimating software program to write cost estimates for parts and labor needed to repair / restore to pre-loss condition, communicate with the insurance company, and more. Estimator and CCC ONE estimating software program experience is preferred. Workdays and hours are Monday - Friday, 8 to 6.

Responsibilities - Auto Body Shop Estimator:

• Inspect auto body accident related damage and u se the CCC ONE estimating software program to write a cost estimate of parts and labor needed to restore to pre-loss condition.
• Review estimate with the customer, c ommunicate with the insurance company regarding the claim, and more.
• Oversee ordering parts, etc.
• Follow job through the entire repair process, keep customers informed, and quality control the vehicle for final delivery.

Requirements - Auto Body Shop Estimator:

• Auto Body Shop Estimator experience is preferred
• CCC ONE estimating software program experience is preferred
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Must have good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Pleasant, energetic, dependable, conscientious, self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug test
