Perspectives Counseling Centers (part of Optum Behavioral Care) is an award winning Metro Detroit counseling center with over 40 Michigan therapists and counselors that specialize in every area of mental health and family therapy that includes family counseling, marriage counseling, couples counseling, child counseling, teen counseling, adult counseling, sex therapy, group counseling, autism treatment, bipolar disorder, life transitions, and all mental health treatment.
\nAs an Associate Patient Care Coordinator with Perspectives Counseling Centers, you will be responsible for providing support to patients and the clinical staff. The Associate Patient Care Coordinator will greet and support the check-in and check-out for patients, register new patients, prepare paperwork and review for accuracy, verify completion of consents and insurance eligibility, process payments for in-person appointments, handle existing patient communications, manage internal referrals and ensure work locations are presentable and welcoming.
\nLocation: 888 W. Big Beaver Rd. Troy, MI. Travel may be required for coverage at other locations, depending on business need.
\nSchedule: Monday & Wednesday: 9:30am-6pm, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday: 8:30am-5pm

\n \nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
