Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or some professional experience working in communications
• Highly organized work style with an extraordinary ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality with company materials and information
• Excellent research, investigative and analytical skills
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to respond to evolving needs and a readiness to tackle challenges at any time with focus and energy
• A willingness to take on tasks of varying complexity with enthusiasm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Conduct thorough research on media trends, industry issues and competitive landscapes to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Create, edit and polish compelling communications materials, including press releases, reports and presentations
• Develop and launch engaging social media campaigns, monitor media coverage and provide strategic analysis to enhance communications efforts
• Monitor and analyze web and social media performance metrics, offering innovative strategies to boost engagement and reach
• Coordinate scheduling, calendar management and travel arrangements for the CCO, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency
• Support the communications team by managing budgets and billing processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Organize and execute event logistics, ensuring successful outcomes for both in-person and virtual events
