Job Description

Premieraerospace is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Video Editor to join our growing team. As an Assistant Video Editor, you will be responsible for assisting our video editing team in creating high-quality videos for our clients in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in editing and organizing raw footage into cohesive and visually appealing videos
• Collaborate with the video editing team to create engaging and impactful content
• Help with color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and software
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall quality of our videos
• Work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain organized files and backups of all video footage and assets
• Assist in managing and organizing video equipment and studio space
• Provide support for video shoots, including setting up lighting and audio equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in video editing or a similar role
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
• A passion for storytelling and creating visually appealing content
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
• Experience with color correction and audio mixing is a plus
