We're looking for experienced, motivated individuals who are seeking opportunities in a rapidly growing company. Restaurant is operational from 9AM-2AM (at night) and there are daytime and nighttime positions available.

Below are the current positions available:

1x Senior Sushi Chef: minimum of 3yrs in sushi experience; need to be proficient in fish cutting and have fish knowledge. Chef should have professional culinary experience where we'll work together to develop specials, new sushi rolls, and unique dishes. Part time or full time, salary or hourly TBD.

2x Assistant Chef: Minimum 1yrs sushi experience, required knife skill, fish knowledge, and management skills

Full-time position - Must be able to work various shifts per week and be flexible to work on the weekend and late nights.
