• experience with maintenance management of heavy equipment in outdoor environments such as concrete, sand & gravel, oil drilling, mining, metals, etc
• Very knowledgeable about preventative maintenance and repairs of heavy equipment
• familiar with heavy equipment costs, forecasting, depreciation of equipment, large CAPEX projects
• experience working with vendors to rent, purchase, and repair equipment
• experience with replacing pumps, wiring, and other electrical in an industrial environment
• intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel
• comfortable with computers
• fast-paced changing environment
• remain calm in stressful situations
• forward-thinking and innovative
• some regional travel required
