What We Offer

• Pay Range: $20. – $25.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Location: 301 De Montfort Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94112

About the Role

Join our After School Team and make an impact every afternoon! As a key part of our school community, you’ll guide elementary school students through fun, structured activities that promote creativity, learning, and teamwork.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and lead engaging arts & crafts, games, and outdoor play

• Support students with homework and enrichment activities

• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all students

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous experience working with children (preferred, but not required)

• Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to connect with students of different backgrounds

• A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, school-based environment
