Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite  with our client in San Antonio, TX . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Under direct supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals.
  • Responsible for all on-site general administrative support duties, including gathering data, special projects, and general office duties as assigned.
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support, including all routine correspondence, mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Answers phone calls and responds to inquiries.
  • Manages calendars; schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as assigned.
  • Maintains office supplies for the department.
  • Processes payment requests, purchase orders, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $15.70- $19.95/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (4 Months).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management and administrative procedures.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in standard technology and software.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
