The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical aptitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines with accuracy. This role offers the opportunity to develop a foundational understanding of accounting principles and acquire essential QuickBooks skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; prior QuickBooks experience is preferred. Responsibilities include basic bookkeeping, daily accounting tasks, and providing crucial support to the Director of Accounting in preparing audit documentation and assisting with the month-end financial close.
